"All the accomodation was upstairs with no lift. This was not stated in the ad. Also the road noise was horrendous waking me up at 4 am!! in the morning. I immediately checked out but has to wait until 9.30am in order to meet personally with a member of staff"

"Holly has been great for all communication and the place is just as listed! It was a shame with the rain we were not able to use the outdoors bath, but was able to squeeze in a short sauna session :)
