I stayed in a Deluxe Bedroom, on the 19th floor. The sound proofing on the windows is horrible. I could hear all the cars honking every morning from the 19th floor waking me up. At times, you could smell cigarette smoke coming thru the vents from other bedrooms. The only good things about this hotel are the breakfast, nearby subway station, and the dry cleaning. The customer service is subpar. I had to checkout sooner than expected. I checked out 1 hr past the deadline, and was charged an additional night. The manager would not waive the additional night because of 1 hr. I have stayed at this hotel everytime I am in China, but have realized there are better options available nearby. Stay there instead.
