However, Fraser only provided for 4 persons, without the towel and extra bed for the fifth person, when we arrived. The service staff argued that they did not receive any request for fifth person from the third party service provider (i.e. Expedia). Luckily when the service staff took out their document trying to proof their point, he then realised that additional payment has been made for the extra person. This shows that Fraser is not meticulous and careless. Great location. Not far from airport or downtown. No traffic issues. Good restaurants and bar and Starbucks next door. Sizable supermarket underneath the building. Useless wifi both in the room and downstairs. Could not use Skype. Endless waiting for websites. Bad wifi is worse when it happens in China because there is also the great internet wall messing with you. Zimmer sind sauber, freundlicher Service, Check-In und Check-out zügig und problemlos. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. In der Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einige Restaurants. Liegt nahe an einer vielbefahrenen Schnellstrasse, für empfindliche Ohren vielleicht nicht zu empfehlen, hat mich persönlich aber nicht gestört.
