Hi Ron, Thank you so much for your feedback. It seems there is some confusion. Your message to me was from a different account from the one that actually reserved my condo. There was a flood in one of my two condos and repairs are underway. I thought you were trying to make a new booking since the account you messaged from did not have one. With that said, VRBO was to cancel all bookings for this particular unit through December to allow for repairs. I’m glad I was able to accommodate you in my other unit, but I am not sure if you are mixing it up with another property? You mentioned shower door almost coming off the hinge, but one shower has a curtain and the other has a sliding door. You also mentioned instant coffee. We have a keurig with K-Cups, a regular brewing coffee pot, and a French press. I’m also confused because when we spoke on the phone, you seemed delighted and had only positive things to say. All this to be said, I will surely be evaluating the condo to see if any of these concerns do pertain to it. They do not reflect the work of my housekeeper. Again, thank you for your feedback and your business. Hi Larry, I’m sorry you didn’t like the mattresses. You are correct, though. Preferences vary. Those mattresses are quite new. Upon checking further into recent reviews, I’ve had several compliments on the beds. Here is one from a couple of weeks prior to your stay. “ We also appreciated the king size bed, which was extremely comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep! “ Nevertheless, I appreciate you taking the time to leave me a 2 star review due to everything being “great” except the mattresses, which are a matter of personal preference.
