"Excellent communication from Helen, she always replied really quickly and was very helpful. The barn was lovely, such a peaceful location and the hot tub was amazing! We loved using thr pool table and the table tennis table and we had some great bbqs. We walked into Eye one day and drove to Framlingham one day, both are worth a visit. We loved the little dog, Raf, who kept coming to see us. He was a great playmate for our dog! We had such a great time and loved the barn and facilities so much...

"It was just myself, my Husband and my 12 yesr old Grandson. The cottage was lovely. Very comfortable and homely. It had a warm and welcoming feel about it. Very close to shops and a short walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean and everything provided by the host for a perfect stay. We hope to go back again very soon."

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

"We really loved this house. It's been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. Its all very functional and easy. The estate agent who manages the house was very easy to deal with, eg when we wanted to stay an extra night. The area has tons to offer (albeit some places are a 40 minute drive). Sutton Hoo just down the road, then Framlingham Castle and Orford Castle, Aldeburgh and Southwold (for any George Orwell fans!). Woodbridge is a nice local town, and there are some good walks in the...
