This well-located 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment sits right on the edge of Melbourne’s CBD. It’s just a short walk to many of the city’s best-known attractions, including Crown Casino, the Yarra River, Federation Square, the Arts Centre, and a wide range of restaurants and theatres. Public transport is conveniently located right outside the building.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests. Bedding in each bedroom is flexible — choose between a king bed or two singles in each room (subject to request and availability). Two sturdy fold-up beds are also available for extra guests. The base rate covers 6 guests; additional charges apply for groups over this size.

Great two night stay at this well appointed and comfortable Southbank apartment. Location is perfect, offsite parking very handy and apartment is exactly as described in photos. The city views are spectacular from this property. Be aware that this is a residential tower and the lounge adjoins the next door neighbours main bedroom so important to bear in mind re noise factor.
Perfectly located, spacious 3 bedroom apartment with amazing views. An easy walk to Southbank restaurants and CBD. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

This property is in a great location... walking distance to everything in the city
The property was perfect for our girls weekend away... the lounge / dining & kitchen area was perfect for us to relax. Everything was in fine condition and good working order. The view was amazing.... it was like a picture postcard image we were looking at .... the lounge / dining room size was perfect.
Restaurants, bars, arts precinct and shops are all within a few minutes walk.
