Kitchenette was helpful to prepare breakfast and small meals. Also close to tram stations and groceries. He was very pleasent and helpful. Our room was average, the bedroom was cramped because the bed (king size) was too big for it. The kitchen lacked utensils so we could not make the most of the oven, microwave or stove top. However the plus side of the Aussie Escape was its location, close to Southern Cross Rail Station, Tram stop outside the building and a shoppers paradise a short walking distance from the entrance. Plenty of eateries and cafes, pubs all within wakking distance. Very clean apartment with everything you need. My only gripe would be the single beds bedroom had the 2 walls of windows and better view, and beds were comfier than the master bed which would be a double and extremely hard but it wasnt that much of a deal breaker, just small as we have a king normally. Housekeeping supplied extra towels at no charge so we could use them at the pool. Office staff were all very lovely and helpful, with quick responses to messages.
