"This is one of four well-equipped little lofts a few steps from Mill Road in Cambridge, England. It was clean and neat. Loft 4 might be better for people younger than we are, as the bed is a very low platform due to the roofline. There were nice skylights that opened and allowed a breeze to keep the loft cool. We were there in July."

"I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...

After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. "We stayed here for one night on a Sunday and it definitely met the expectations for the price range. Beforehand I had requested anything complementary as it was our anniversary. I was pleasantly surprised that we were granted an upgrade to a junior suite on the top floor, however bare in mind it was a Sunday and not very busy. They kindly decorated the room for our anniversary which was a lovely touch. Overall, a very peaceful stay for both of us, helped by the lovely staff and topped off by a lovely breakfast. The main attraction was definitely the pool"
