"Clean nice stay. Big beautiful villa. All the Staff are very friendly. Very windy in December with the wind blowing all day to include at night making it hard to sleep. My son enjoyed the kids zone. The sunset beach was disappointing as there is no public bathroom available and we continually found pieces of glass in the sand. The water was cloudy, not like the photos. "

The location was also important for me. Personally, I prefer An Thoi area to Long Beach. Thank you to Manager Phoung who took good care of us, and Instructor Ha for a wonderful yoga experience by the beach during sunrise."

"beutifull hotel with a great breakfast bacon and egg. staff very friendly and courteous spa and sauna very good aswell as pool and beach. only issue but nothing major was the fridge in the room wasnt very good and the outside pool bar wasnt very good. the deck beach bar along the beach is alot better. supermarket and restraunt accross road nd plenty of taxis to take you around the island"

"If you're from North America you are probably like us and were questioning how a Beat Western is a 5 star hotel. But this hotel was great. Very good value for your money. Had an amazing stay here. Everything so comfortable and clean and safe feeling. The lazy river pool was so nice to float around in the early evening. While it's not the most convenient location the hotel makes up for it in spades. If you're ok with taking a taxi/grab around the city then I highly recommend this place. "

"Great resort design with layout, beautiful surrounding and private beach. Staff are helpful. Room is very roomy. Breakfast is very good. Love the BBQ dinner outdoor. Things need to be taken into attention is facility update and services. It is sad to see this beautiful resort goes under maintenance and services. Many doors hinges a loose and items are falling off like toilet paper holders..."

"Outstanding 9 nights at this well positioned hotel. Room was in great condition, always perfectly made up each day. Good size, clean swimming pool with sun loungers. Wonderful beach setting with plenty of sun loungers which offered good shade or plenty of sun. Good choice of food at breakfast buffet. Terrific staff who were an absolute credit to the hotel. They simply couldn’t be more helpful, smiling and desiring to provide the best for you"

"Staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. Although can't speak much English, they will try to assist and help their guests. Nice place to stay but a bit of walking distance to the main road. Along the way, there's some restaurants that serve Asian and western food. There's one that I hv been eating there a few times with my children as price reasonable, lots of varieties, fast serving but always full house. Servers are friendly but need to wait if u want to eat there. Only setback is...
