I initially planned on staying for 3 nights at the hotel but I ended up extending my stay to 5 nights, that's how much I enjoyed my stay at this property, from the welcome tea to the airport transfer everything was good and seamless. The rooms, the general space, and breakfast were all great. I plan on staying there for my next trip to Phu Quoc.

The hotel provide shuttle from airport to hotel. We meet a driver Phuong Vo was very kind and helpful. It worth to highly appreciate. The hotel is clean and the facilities are fully equipped. The breakfast is a wide variety of food。 I highly recommend this hotel.

Great resort. I stayed here for 2 days in October. It was slow season so there were not many tourists. The property was very big. Lots of space. I gave it 5 stars but there are some things I would have liked to know before. One, if you get the partial sea view room, the hotel is set up that all rooms and balconies face each other. You will be staring at the people across from you. And everyone smokes on their balconies so the airflow will come into your room if you have the door open. Two, the music blasts until late night and the bass is ridiculously loud. It’s like you are in a night club in your room. Until 11pm. The shop on the property sells snacks and beers for way cheaper than the ones in your mini bar. Just drink the cold ones and replace them before they charge you! It’s also a little way down the main road. But that’s the only way you are going to be staying on the beach. I would definitely stay again, even knowing these things.

This was my favourite hotel I have stayed at while visiting Vietnam. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are exceptional, especially Trinh who was our guest service agent that helped with all our needs! The hotels location perfect and is in a great area for walking and exploring. There are good food and drink options on site. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The pool was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would recommend to anyone to stay here and should I return to Phu Quoc, I will stay here again!

結婚記念日の旅行だということを伝えたら、部屋に素敵な飾り付けとケーキを、用意してくださいました。ありがとうございました！ プールやビーチもスタッフがちゃんと見ていてくれて安心して過ごせました。ただ、ベトナム全体なのかもしれませんが、プールサイドなどはどこでも煙草が吸えてしまうので、煙草の苦手な私にはとても辛かったです。プールやビーチはとてもキレイなのに、リフレッシュできず残念です。お子さんも多いので、禁煙エリアを作っていただけるとうれしいです。 湿度が高い時期なのでしょうがないのかもしれないですが、綿棒にカビが生えていました。それ以外は綺麗で満足です。シャワーの水圧、排水もよかったです。

Allt jätte fint! Nytt hotell så har sina små uppstart problem. Tråkigt inte resturangen i ena tornet va öppen. Jätte fina barnområden som pool och det största lekrummet jag sett på hotell förut så där ett jätte pluss. Dock va poolen på vårat torn inte redo ena dagen varken pump eller fyllt vatten så den var smutsig. Men bara den dagen sen jätte fin.
