### Modern Holiday Apartment "Gartenterrasse" with Garden Terrace and Wi-Fi

The modern and high-quality holiday apartment with garden terrace is located centrally near the old town of Meersburg only 900 m from Lake Constance, and will make you immediately feel at home. The apartment consists of a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom as well as an additional toilet and thus offers space for 4 persons. Further amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, satellite TV, a baby cot (on request) and a high chair for children. In addition, the apartment has its own garden and a terrace (covered), which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunshine or a pleasant barbecue with your loved ones.   
  
The next supermarket is 600 m away from the property and can be reached in 2 minutes by car. The old town of Meersburg with restaurants and cafés is just a 5 minute walk (450 m) away. Here you will also find the castle of Meersburg, as well as the New Castle and many other sights you can explore. The lakeside promenade and the harbour are 900 m away (9 minutes walk), from here you can start your excursions such as walks or bicycle tours around Lake Constance or just take a leisurely walk and enjoy the lake.
