"Gladstone House was amazing… room was very clean. The staff were all so helpful…especially with helping us with how and where to get off the trains. Absolutely the best part is the old elevator that is working condition. I would absolutely recommend this place."

"The staff at the drake were very helpful at all hours of the day. Received a complimentary upgrade in the classic wing that was spacious. The lobby was a great place to work remotely, with a conference room that had tables with built in charger. Only feedback to provide was noticeable water damage on the ceilings inside the room, and the cafe music was quite loud from our room."

"The room was very clean and newly renovated. Family friendly setup with fast responding staff. Area is close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!"

"The unit is essentially brand new and was fully appointed with all the expected amenities. It even had a microwave which was not listed in the amenities list. The neighborhood is in a great downtown location, vibrant, eclectic, diverse and fun. The apartment was also quiet at night. There were some issues worth mentioning. The unit has only one bath, not one and one half baths as listed. The unit entrance is at the rear, in a lane/alley. Arriving at night there was very little lighting. The entry door was not marked either with an address # or any other identification. There was also graffiti on the rear building wall and a pile of leaves and trash just steps from the door which did not make a good impression. And while there was parking in paid lots close by, it is not correct to say it is “onsite.” That said, the host was very responsive and cooperative with any questions or issues we had, particularly when we were arriving."
