When you make your reservation, we’ll send you a link to fill out the check-in form for yourself and your guests before your arrival to avoid delays upon check-in; otherwise, this form must be filled out on-site before you check in. In addition, a photo or photocopy of your passport will be required when completing your check-in form online.
You must also present your original physical passport or your original physical Colombian identity card (Cédula) at check-in (if you are checking in contactlessly, our staff will request your document during your stay to verify its authenticity). The same applies to visitors. Photocopies of the Cédula or passport, passwords, or police reports are not permitted.

If you are travelling with a minor, remember to bring their birth certificate and a document specifying that they are your child. Otherwise, if the child is not your own, you must present a notarized power of attorney specifying the parents’ authorisation for the child to travel with you; additionally, you will need to complete the online check-in form for each of your travelling companions.
Avoid delays upon arrival by completing your check-in form and those of your travelling companions. If there are minors, be sure to include them on your check-in form along with their respective identification documents.
