Buena atención y excelente servicio En general, tuvimos una buena experiencia en el hotel. Todo estaba limpio y el servicio fue bueno. Sin embargo, la habitación que nos asignaron en el tercer piso tenía un olor extraño, parecido al de las tuberías. Nos comunicamos con la recepción y el personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó a cambiarnos a otra habitación en el cuarto piso, donde nos sentimos mucho más cómodos y el olor no era un problema. Agradecemos la atención y la disposición del personal para resolver la situación. Como recomendación, sería bueno revisar el olor en algunas habitaciones para mejorar aún más la experiencia de los huéspedes.

What I like the most about the Hotel was how they treated us, all the Security Guards were very nice and polite, the girls in the Restaurant, we loved the pizza, Santiago the guy in the bar, the server also incredible people. Save place and area . Thanks for everything

Overall, a great boutique hotel! The only things to be aware of are that they don’t provide washcloths and the walls are extremely thin. You can hear noise from outside as well as conversations in neighboring rooms. Other than that, I had a great stay. The staff was great, and the location is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. I would stay again, depending on the type of trip.

We had another lovely stay at Heiss this past week. Their staff is always so friendly and helpful. Upon arrival they bring welcome drinks to the front desk. Our room was tidy for the most part. We had a slight inconvenience with some of the previous guest’s hair being left in the shower, but the staff promptly addressed this once they were aware. The rooftop breakfast is a favorite, with a gorgeous view of the city. The location is the BEST! Being in walking distance of stores and restaurants while feeling safe is the best part of this hotel.
