Sehr sauber, falls mal was daneben gehen sollte ist ein Staubsauger schnell zur Hand. Ein Bäcker ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auch sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Sofa, Tisch und Fernseher -sehr gemütlich-. Ausserdem eine separate Küche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, LIDL...) sind alle gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
