The location was perfect, right by the sea and not far from the cable car that takes you up into the city. It was also very easy to access. We slept very well, and the breakfast was excellent, with a beautiful view of the sea. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"I’ll start with the positives: the brunch in the morning was amazing, especially with the beautiful view, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. On our first night, our bed actually snapped, and instead of offering us another room, we were simply told to “be careful,” which was surprising and not the level of service I would expect from a hotel. I also want to be specific about the front desk staff. The gentleman working in the evening was very nice and helpful. However, the morning front desk staff did not come across as friendly or welcoming, and overall I did not find the management particularly hospitable. There were definitely some lovely aspects to the property, but the lack of warmth from management and the way the issue with our room was handled really affected our stay."
