"The Air B & B was amazing. The property and the A B & B was awesone, Clean, Quiet and very comfortable. Although some nights got a bit chilly and this property only had AC no heat. "We had a BEAUTIFUL and relaxing stay at this river rental. Everything was so neat and organized with extras like kayaks, a canoes, games and what not. And it is just 0.5 miles from Royal Springs. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and we even got to meet them while they were another rental. Very nice couple. Would highly recommend it for family vacations or weekend get-away."

"It was what you expect for the price point and being the chain that it is. Staff were very nice. Room was clean. The room could use a good scrub on the baseboards and first impressions would go a long way if bayhroom water damage was fixed. Bathroom is incredibly tiny so to use it with the door shut it drove home the water damage behind the toilet, dirt in corners, and the shower curtain rod pulling from the wall. Coffee was available in the lobby in the morning, juice machine was broken, no food items. But gas stations and other quick eats nearby. It worked fine for our quick one night in late, out early just stop to sleep needs."
