I recently stayed at this property as a was driving across the street. The property is impeccably clean. The staff is kind and helpful and the price was very affordable and it is in a perfect location for highway and State Road access. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone 10 out of 10.

Great value for the $ for a place to stop on our road trip - perfect. Older one-story motel. Room was redone, clean, bed was comfy and property was well lit! Will definitely choose again when passing through. No frills. The owner was super nice and even brewed us coffee in the early morning before we departed!

The first thing is, the rooms are super clean. The owners of the motel are the staff and they are spectacular. There is an enormous amount of parking. They do have AC. It is wall unit. This is a small motel which I think 30 rooms. There are plenty of restaurants in this town. We have stayed here three or four times now and we will stay here every time we are nearing this little town of Perry Florida.

A beautiful small motel. Lots of parking. Air-conditioning. Staff is super friendly and will do anything for you. And it is very very clean on the property and room. We will be staying here again. It is actually our second time because of everything I just wrote.

We had a good stay at Royal Inn Motel. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. The parking lot was extremely well lit. We will stay here again if we’re in the area.

The Royal Inn is an older property that is well maintained and very clean. The bathroom was modernized, the bedroom spacious ,and the management very friendly and helpful. A very comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

Parking was right at our door room Was very clean the only negative was the air conditioner was a little loud but drown out the traffic noice. Had a microwave and refrigerator in room. Was great for the price and I would stay here again

They are great people and keep the Motel super clean. Half the price point as "Nicer Hotels" that actually never clean. This place is Cleaned every time. Comfortable beds.
