We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport. The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport.

We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. Well travelled and this is up there with the best i have ever stayed. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean and beautiful Couldn't rate it high enough. Breakfast is a typical one you would get in spain (3 star). 5 stars overall from me.

The apartment was brilliant with everything you need provided, the whole complex was first class which includes the staff from reception, bar staff, pool staff, cleaning staff, the food in the bar/restaurant was brilliant, the food and drink prices were very good (the happy hour made it even better) I would definitely go back there and I have already recommended it to friends

Excellent facilities, great food. Visited numerous times & always love it. Recommend the Spa, best to upgrade to a suite with sea view if you can. The hotel is placed halfway between the town centre & Rubicon Marina on the walkway by the sea which gives you the option to turn left or right for a stroll or different restaurants to compliment those at the hotel & to provide additional variety.

We only booked last minute but it was more than we expected....not far from airport, quick efficient service when we arrived. Apartment was amazing, very clean everything available, beautiful view from the room, private pool, if your looking for a luxury, laid back, quiet holiday then this is the place. Nothing is too much for the staff very helpful always smiling....we will be back

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and amazing food! Close to supermarket and shops and numerous restaurants and bars. A 3 min walk from the beach. Has a small shop on site for gifts and booking excursions. My advice would be to book a sea view room (away from the hustle and bustle of the evening and pool entertainment) and go half board to take advantage of the amazing food. This hotel was very spacious, modern and peaceful. Room was comfortable and tasteful. Bed was huge and nice bathroom. Was cleaned every day if required. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and well kept. Most guests were older couples, mainly German, which meant it was nice and quiet with no loud drunk Brits if you know what I mean 😉. Service was exceptional from the moment we arrived at reception. We arrived several hours before check in time and we were given welcome drinks and allowed to go through the check in process and leave our luggage at reception whilst we went and explored Playa Blanca. When we got back at check in time, all was ready for us and our luggage had been delivered to our suite. The suite itself was very clean and spacious, and very comfortable. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, ideally located close to the beach. We decided to go with breakfast only which was very nice. There is the town of Morro Jable 5 minutes taxi ride away which has some lovely restaurants and bars at the seafront. This is where we went for dinner as we didn't want to be "tied" to the hotel every evening. Would definitely recommend the hotel and location.

Great location as it is an easy walk into the hills or villages nearby. Best spa I have ever been to and brilliant value at 60 Euros per week. The la calletta restaurant is a must as the tasting menu is brilliant.
