If you want a traditional Japanese experience and get away from the main towns, then this hotel is for you. Yes, you can take the Western rooms, but the Japanese rooms will give you a better local vibe. If you take the breakfast and dinner option, then be prepared not to eat anything else. They supply yukata's and belts and you'll feel more comfortable being in traditional garb. It's a slog out and back to Matsumoto, so just make that a one-off day trip. Hirayu is much closer (15-mins) now the tunnel is open, but that only really swings in peak season. There are walks everywhere. For the more adventurous the start of one of the Mt Yuke Duke (volcano) walks is about 20 mins away on the old 158. It's a 7 hour round trip up and down. Plan to start at say 7-8am. Parking is limited, but they will always find you a spot and bring your car to you.

Beautiful surroundings. Relaxing environment. Staff is beyond courteous and attentive. Food is excellent and abundant. Hot springs are scenic and reinvigorating.

夫婦で泊まりましたが、山あいにある静かな環境にある、旅館風のホテルでした。温泉は内湯と露天風呂があって、眺め賀よく、休憩室もあって快適でした。そして料理がおいしい。沢山の料理が供せられ、料亭にいるみたいでした。給仕の女性も気さくで、白骨温泉や乗鞍高原のことをいろいろ教えてくれました。クルマもホテルのスタッフが駐車してくれました。おすすめです。

酒店位處山中，十分寧靜風景良好，推介駕車到附近展望台觀景。SPA環境理想室外池日間遠觀山景，晚上望月色，絕對享受。膳食滿意職員態度良好，駕車到酒店有一大段山路，路窄彎多要小心，宜太陽下山前到酒店，否則晚上在山中駕車有點危險。房間是傳統日式十分滴意。

宿は清潔で、スタッフも皆さん親切丁寧です。ちょっとしたことでも笑顔で対応して下さいます。露天風呂は温度低め、サウナは故障中(男湯)。時期的にもう少し湯温が高いと嬉しい。脱衣所の扇風機は埃が凄い。部屋も脱衣所もゴミ箱にゴミ袋は設置されておらず、ゴミ箱に直接入れる形。衛生面を考えるならビニール袋が欲しい所。浴衣はサイズの割に長さは短め。食事は朝夕共にバイキングではなく、指定席で落ち着いて頂ける。野菜中心ですが、量も多く、朝夕どちらも大満足です。お酒の種類はあまり多くない。近くに泊まる際は候補にしたい１宿でした。

원래 온천여행을 꺼려했지만, 시로후네 온천은 정말 만족도가 높았습니다. 4인 가족이라 비교적 넓은 숙소를 예약한 것도 이유겠지만, 10월 20일 경 아름다운 단풍에 둘러쌓인 이 온천은 절경 그 자체였습니다. 특히 저녁식사, 아침식사는 최고였습니다. 친절하신 직원분들이 음식 설명도 잘해주시고 아이들에게도 정성껏 대하는 모습을 보면서 감동했습니다. 온천 내부는 남탕과 여탕이 구별돼 있고, 야외온천은 혼욕탕이었습니다. 날씨가 추워 야외온천은 가지 않았지만 대형 유리창 밖으로 보이는 야외온천의 풍경도 멋졌습니다. 저는 자동차를 이용해 방문했는데, 上高地 구경하고 셔틀버스에서 내리면 불과 10 여분 거리에 있는 점도 매우 편리했습니다. 정통 일본 온천의 운치를 느끼고 싶은 한국 분들 계시면 강력히 추천합니다.

お部屋も廊下も食事場所も、とても掃除が行き届いていて綺麗にされていました。食事もとても美味しく、サーブされるときに話しかけていただき、またお話が楽しかったです。お風呂も露天も屋内も十分な広さがあり適温で、ゆっくり浸かって疲れをとることが出来ました。到着時のご案内も出発時のお見送りも適度で適切で良かったです。不満は全く感じませんでした。今回は１泊だけでしたが、次回は２～３泊したいです。
