All around great property ! The awesome view of the Taj from the hotel at its name suggest. Location is nice people friendly. The pool inside was big huge.

The room was in a poor condition for a 5 star hotel, had a general damp/musky unpleasant odour, had stains on carpet and furniture, bathroom felt outdated. The area just outside of the reception also has a foul sewage smell, would generally advise to avoid this hotel

The staff does not represent Radisson quality and they did not get proper training in hospitality. Very rude and indifferent towards guests. They only work when threatened with consequences. The room and property were good but the stay experience was terrible. They need to improve on their staff ...

Some staff friendly, tried best to help with issues. Location is good as can walk to local places easily. Room relatively clean, however dropping item that went under bed, room needs heavy dusting as there is carpet of dust that hasn't been cleaned in a long time.
