Nice Hotel in a Holy City

This is a nice hotel and the service is excellent. It is a bit run down, Our room fridge was not cold. The power was come and go frequency, but it was never off for more than 2 minutes. The staff were helpful.

I checked in after a long flight and was given a room where bathroom and floors were dirty. The bed linen had spots on it and room smelled of too much air freshner. Changed to different room which was slightly better in terms of cleanliness. At 2am there were loud noises in the corridor that continued for an hour. Overpriced, unkept, dirty and noisy. Sorry, will not recommend.

No blankets no heaters …

Just imagine this hotel don’t even provide blankets in the room , you have to call reception to get one , the rooms are not heated so you have to ask for a room heater which doesn’t work .. I got the heater replaced 3 times .. I almost wasted my 1 hour calling reception and asking for blanket and heater … disgusting

At night, the heating was on in AC units instead of regular cooling because of which there was suffocation in room as there are no opening windows ! Couldn’t sleep the whole night. On enquiring it was told that because of cold, cooling is not switched on !!
