Great communication with the owner, friendly and prompt. Loved the options for extras including renting kayaks, fishing gear, or playing with the farm animals. There are 2 tiny homes which sit next to the home of the owner, such a genius idea. It would be the perfect setup to rent with friends! You can spend time outside together playing games or around the river or firepit then still have your own space to be able to retreat. Took around a 20 minute drive to get to downtown Knoxville. The tiny house was well stocked with all essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The host was quick to address that we did not have hot water. The current was a bit rough for us to swim or kayak but we enjoyed watching others fish from kayaks.
