The rooms were clean and very spacious, had a great balcony and semi full kitchen with full fridge. Hotel and grounds were beautiful. Spent 3 nights and went to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, rode the trolley and had a wonderful stay. The hot tubs and pools and lazy river were amazing!! 10/10 would stay again. Oh and the staff was amazing too!!!!

We look forward to going to the resort every year. We normally stay with my sister and brother in law in their RV. Since we were staying longer and bringing our two fur boys this year we wanted a little more privacy so we booked a room in the lodge. I was so excited. We got a family room, with a separate sleep area for kids. I will give you the good first. The atmosphere is a ten. The location, another ten. First view of the room, again a ten. Here are the negatives. Once you stay in the room you start noticing things. The vent in the bathroom was filthy. Clogged with dust. There is no ledge or bench in the shower. The room slept six and had only two towel bars. The floors are hard surface but between the two queens is a carpeted area which smelled of urine. The lighting is awful. Very dim by the mirror. The room came with a ten dollar gaming card for the arcade and we purchased an additional $100 card. We also received a coupon for a game of duck bowling. Duck bowling didn't work. You couldn't keep score and it was malfunctioning. The ski ball, only one lane worked and the basketball, the right machine kept a score of its own. The variety of games wasn't the best. We had to wait an hour for someone to bring sand for the shuffle board. You could never find an attendant. Very disappointed. We took our pups potty in the designated area out front. Used a potty bag each time to clean up. The entire five days we were there the "potty" can was never emptied. By the

Rooms clean, staff was outstanding!! They went above and beyond, especially the breakfast staff!
