"We had a comfortable, quiet break away in a lovely rural setting. Exactly what the holiday cottage promised and we had a warm welcome. WiFi a bit patchy so not ideal if you are 'working' whilst on holiday. The cockerel crows early in the morning but it's a working farm!! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo"

"A comfortable well-appointed and thoughtfully decorated little cottage in lovely surroundings. Our hosts were very helpful and interesting to talk to, as were the myriad hens and mini flock of sheep. Lots of interesting places to see locally. Well worth returning to."

"Absolutely fabulous. Wouldn't hesitate to re-book - possibly in autumn/winter to take advantage of the RSPB locations nearby. Lovely hosts, Colin and Gina Ash, fabulous, comfortable and spotlessly clean cottage and, oh, so quiet. Set in beautiful gardens with a duck pond to the rear of the decked areas to the cottages (all private). Could have sat out for hours just enjoying the peace and location. Wonderful full size snooker table (have so much to learn!), darts board and books. Can't wait to...

"Excellent well designed modern lodge in superb condition. Ensuite bedrooms, comfortably furnished lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. Peaceful, secure countryside setting. Would definitely recommend for a quiet restful holiday. Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham easily accessible form this location. "

"Cosy, warm and well appointed cottage set in quiet and spacious grounds. The friendly hosts are on hand and able to offer help and advice as needed. The location is good with easy access to nearby towns and to three bird reserves. Overall, one of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in over many years. "Beautifully presented cottage, lovely homely feel. Great location just between Woodhall Spa and Horncastle and not too far from Lincoln too. Lots places to visit nearby even though u are in the middle of nowhere with a fantastic view. "

"Pleasant stay at this cottage. Well equipped, enclosed garden, and very warm (underfloor heating throughout). Slightly dated interior could stand a refresh and minor maintenance needed like the bathroom fan and an external light not working, but this is minor nit-picking when compared to the good value this place represents! Would happily stay again and recommended for future guests."

"Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property."
