Bruce was friendly and check in was easy. The hotel is clean and perfect for our needs. It’s affordable, updated, clean, and we’d definitely stay again.

Very happy customer
This was a great affordable place to stay. Walking distance to SMSU, which is what we needed, and right in the middle of everything the town offers. Very clean. Staff was great. Housekeeping checked on us to make sure we were good. Parking right in front of our room. Heater in the room worked beautifully for the polar artic storm that got us to -30 wind chill outside. We will stay here again. We will be back.

Great affordable hotel.
Rooms were smaller but it was clean and comfortable, affordable, and in a good location. Will stay again.

Quick and easy check in. Room was updated and clean. Stayed 2 days and 2nd day they made bed, clean towels and emptied trash. Bed was comfortable too!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. However the supposedly “smoke free” room reeked of cigarette smoke. I have asthma, so this was not a good experience for me.

Even though this hotel is older construction, I think it's been taken care of through the years. It's a good value if you're looking for a no-frills place to rest.

Room smelled like wet dog, looked like there was puke on the peeling fake leather desk chair. No shampoos or hair dryer. Rented the room for 5 and there was 2 beds but only full size and no recliner or pullout couch for the 5th person. No liner in the ice bucket, dirty glass cups topped with plastic wrap.

I apologize that your room wasn't what you expected. We do have shampoo and hair dryers at the front desk for guests who may have forgot. Also when you get ice from the front office, we have bags that we put ice into before it goes into the bucket. We are working on updating our rooms, hopefully in the future you will give us a try again.
