Brilliant week’s stay at Es Saadi resort palace. We had a Ksar room (essentially a small house with two bedrooms) - hotel, pool, service and staff were all brilliant. Hotel is within walking distance of the Medina and all town, as well as Menara Mall and modern facilities.
Fully recommend
The people and service was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay

unfortunately the bed was not set properly and the outdoor cushions were also not set on the lounge chairs before my arrival.
so I had to wait for the maids
to show up and do the bed.
I scheduled a tennis lesson 8am and the coach did not show up.
Pool
Staff was not very friendly and required me to seat
in a specific place far from my Ksar to
make their lives easy when there was seats available near it.
The excuse was rain was coming at night. It was 1pm.
My butler Mehdi was great and extremely friendly!
A great pool and breakfast.
Inside Staff were exceptional, pool staff were hit or miss, the pool Bar staff were not very friendly.
I would definitely stay here again. Room was fantastic.

Magnificent, vast property with astonishingly beautiful gardens. Excellent service at all levels, including helpful concierge. Tasteful Moroccan style decor in large suites with all usua five-star comforts. Terrific buffet breakfast.
This is the best hotel in Marrakech! Everything from the start to finish was perfect. All the staff were great and attentive. The hotel itself is fabulous and very clean! I didn’t want to leave, it was just magical and in the perfect location.
Thank you for making my hoilday perfect, we will definitely be back xx
1-Very noisy
We could hear our neighbor talking all night
2-A salad and a fish took 1h20 min to arrive from room service
3- asked for matches to be delivered to the room but it never came
4- all bellmen staff were 5 stars and super friendly
5- TSA lady for breakfast was also 5 stars, we told her we had to wait the night before for food she made sure our breakfast was delivered super fast and personally came to apologize

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The main building of the property, the gardens and the restaurants are all very well maintained. It feels like an oasis in the desert. The room we stayed in was a Ksar and the layout is well suited to a family. The quality of food and beverages were certainly up to standard. We tried two of the restaurants and they were both very good in terms of quality. The gym and spa were great.
The areas that require attention:
The service. We just found this to be very mixed. Sometimes it was attentive, sometimes it was very slow, sometimes not exactly done with a smile (especially around the pool).
The pool area. The towels failed to arrive before 9am on any day, which for us is too late. The pool is great, but fairly cold in October. There was a lack of sun beds around the pool at times, which is crazy as there is space for more.
Tipping. The relentless asks for cash tips was really a bit of a holiday spoiler for us. I appreciate that in American resorts perhaps this happens by adding to the receipt and it goes on your room, but it didn’t feel good.
Maintenance. Our room had a few issues and it was hard to get anyone to resolve them. The bathroom plug didn’t work, it took them three attempts to turn up to fix it. One of our sun loungers was broken and it was never fixed. The bedding had numerous holes in it.
Cost. Cost of food and beverages in the hotel is very high, so we had dinner out most nights.
WiFi. Terrible around the pool, and there is no excuse for that.
Wonderful traditionally decorated room and lovely bathroom with large bath and separate shower. A nice selection of shower gels and toiletries are supplied with various scents. Sitting area with sofa and dining table with chairs leading to the balcony overlooking the lovely gardens and huge pool.
The pool area is full of birdsong and beautiful plants and trees with plenty of comfortable sun beds in various parts of the garden. We also enjoyed the indoor spa pool with the various therapeutic water jets. There are also many steam rooms, saunas and hammams in the Spa with Phyto hairdresser, treatment rooms.
All the food we tried including room service was tasty and the breakfast fabulous with so much choice.
There is also a Casino attached to the hotel but we didn't try it.
Staff were all friendly and proficient. Highly recommend a stay here.
An exceptional stay at Es Saadi Palace. Truly a home away from home. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail make it a place we keep coming back to. A special thank you to Hanan for her kindness and for arranging a room for us to rest after check-out before our late departure such a thoughtful gesture. We will always choose this hotel
Our first time at Es Saadi Marrakech & would definitely recommend - room was amazing, spacious with lovely balcony. Setting with all the trees & gardens was beautiful & felt like an escape from the hustle & bustle outside - all the food we had was top notch & service impeccable 10 out of 10
excellent hotel (clean , class et excellent service ) . the only and i would say the big glitch is the parking of the hotel resident is shared the casino customer and night club ... the audience are in party mood and drunk .. we had a surprise : Our car was wrecked by a guest of another guest who was likely intoxicated. Our first night was disrupted; we were woken up at 4:30 a.m. and asked to come down to the parking area... we didn't get back to sleep until a few hours later. The way the parking is managed is shocking—especially for a luxury hotel costing $800 a night. We ended up with a sleepless night and thousands of dollars in damages... truly disappointing. The worst part is that they are aware of this and it happens often...
it was very good hotel cleaned and staff were very nice.
breakfast very good.
air-condition was not strong.
hotel is beautiful.
casino good.
every thing were good
