"Love embracing the culture away from the tourist traps. You don't really need a car. You can hire a taxi to get there and take the bus the rest of the time. Buses are reasonable only 3.30 euro from the town into the tourist cities. No need to look for parking in Rhodes or Lindos with the bus system. Bus station is maybe a 5- 8 minute walk. I will probably not rent a car next time. Rustic and what the locals live in. Loved the private patio. My daughter stayed up nights with the lights...

"In short: This apartment is a dream of a vacation rental with an extremely nice host. The apartment is huge, clean and has everything you need for a stay in Rhodes. The connection by car to the west coast is fast. Details: the apartment can be easily found via google maps (house Thalia), which makes it easy to get there. The accommodation is located northwest of Rhodes somewhat inland. A checkin even after the time indicated on FeWo was possible without any problems. The host lives one house...

"We have never been abroad before during April but will definitely be returning. It was so quiet around us and we were only a short drive from the beautiful town Lindos.The view from our villa was amazing as was the heated pool and hot tub. The weather was perfect, the beaches lovely. Victoria was so helpful and easy to talk to, she even came and changed our towels and cleaned up 1/2 way through our holiday. It is a truly lovely villa, I would definitely recommend it."

"The apartment is superbly located above a quiet taverna in the heart of Stegna. It is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Most impressive is the huge terrace with sun beds, parasols and a variety of sitting out options and fantastic views of the sea and beach. Probably the best terrace in Stegna, and the apartment is an excellent base for exploring Rhodes. Manuel manages the property very well and was on hand for any help/advice. We will return!"

"The house was really nice and well appointed and the garden was lovely with lemon orange and grapefruit trees The surrounding area was very pretty with rocky hills at the side. We could watch the sunrise from the main bedroom or sit outside on nice comfortable chairs on the terrace. "We chose the location of Malona because of its proximity to the quiet but pretty resort of Haraki. The house was perfect; extremely spacious with lots of appliances including a superb coffee machine and orange juicer. There was lots of storage in the house including wardrobe and drawer space in the bedroom. The pictures of the house do not do it justice as it is very difficult to get the impression of scale from them. On our arrival we were disappointed to discover that the wifi was not working...

"On arrival some dead plants in planters around front door. First impressions . On entering house there was a foisty smell. The place felt grubby re. Sofa covers and cushions looked like they could do with a good clean The kitchen area had a kettle with broken lid a coffee machine that was very old. The fridge light doesn’t work. The TV didn’t work at all could nt get anything ..when we contacted owner she said only Greek TV but we could nt even get that.. we went up to roof terrace to get a view...

"Place is perfect for family or couples self gathering. House has a/c, 2x bathrooms and 3x double beds, plus sofa bed also has TV and WiFi. Place is clean and comfortable. Also not far from the beach which is quite (not busy) and has restaurants. Owners are very friendly and helpful people, will help you with everything. There is local restaurant with lovely owners and locals. Food is home made, taste delicious and affordable prices. I would recommend this villa and I will book it for next time...

"Nice area with restaurants and a couple markets near. Old town is fun to explore as well as walking the boardwalk and around the city walls. Rhodes has a lot to offer. We rented a car for a day and drove the island exploring. The Aramis boutique house is cute! Convenient area of old town. The patio is a wonderful place to sit and relax. Maria is a kind and gracious host. The house was perfect for my family of five."

"Plain sailing from start to finish a wonderful stay. Villa was amazing perfect for us - view from bedroom balcony were spectacular - overlooling the sunrise at breakfast or with a bottle of wine in evening. Pool was excellent alternative to the beach and great in the evening when we didn't want to go out. Location was excellent for Lindos and not too a far drive to Rhodes town (which is gorgeous) Definitely recommend Haraki and Agathi for kajaks, paddleboards, snorkeling and eating out. Sea very...

"Great hotel, pool fab and lots of sun beds around the pool. Bar food great. Basic breakfast but fine. Minimum staff but they are very helpful and efficient. Only annoying thing is the bedsheets….they don’t fit the beds well and pull away exposing the mattress…admittedly I move around a lot ! So this may not have helped. Air con great. Efficient and quiet… Would definitely return. "

"The property is amazing. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Rooms are comfortable. Swimming pool is huge and always clean. It's not near the island center but there are buses nearby. There are lots of good restaurants near the property (my recommendation is Semis Family Taverna, great food and the service is incredible, prices are also good!)"
