My space is a 1 bedroom unit with balcony located in a good spot in cbd of makati. It is very convenient to go around makati when you stay at this location.
Just below there is an available mall where you can buy grocery, eat or just hangout.
Guest access
You can access the Lobby Area, Amenities - Jogging Path and Common Area for FREE. but as per building administration policy, Guest can access pool only for Php150 per person per day on regular days and Php300 per person per day on Holiday.. Minimum of 3months stay to be able to access the gym & pool for FREE.
