If I can use a word worst than disappointed and frustrated. Or maybe I’ll just use the word Madness. Staffs are not helpful at all! Checked in without a towel in our room, we called the front desk, housekeeping no answer. After many times of calling room service number answered. Then they sent us one towel, they knew 2 guests were there. I need to call them back again.
Then they have no warm shower, I called again to complain it then someone came to fix our TV? What? Did you communicate?
Lastly and the most disappointing part was. Early in the morning after breakfast we ask about what is the process to request car service going to the airport because we will have our flight back to NYC in the afternoon and we dont want to have a delay or problem going to the airport. The concierge told us just call them an hour before so they can make Our ride ready. Oh good to hear right?!
So by that time We are ready to check out and head to the airport. I called but no answer! So we went ahead and go straight downstairs. I asked the concierge person but he was not helpful and said just asked the guard. The rain was pouring so hard. We went talked to the guard but this two guys were just staring at each other like they dont know what we are talking about. We called the front desk and just request for the hotel car service they said nothing available and we need to book Day before. So we are so much in a hurry and just went outside walked couple of blocks in the rain to get a cab.F1 sucks!
