Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Excellent location and reliable Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, Unit 23A was poorly maintained and not clean upon arrival. Issues we encountered: - Dirty kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, and bathroom accessories - Strong musty odor from the dirty washing machine that permeated the kitchen, making it unpleasant to prepare food - Broken kitchen and bathroom cabinets, stuck bathroom faucet, broken shower door track, grimy telephone unit mounted on the wall - Multiple cockroach sightings - No hot water in the shower. Building technician confirmed the water heater was broken, but it was never replaced. Had to use another subpar unit just to shower. - Two sections of the condo were used as storage closed off with a curtain, making the unit feel unfinished The host was responsive and did her best, but the property itself needs significant maintenance and a thorough deep cleaning. I paid far too much for the quality we received. I do not recommend this property.
