We present a fully FURNISHED 2 BEDROOM UNIT (32.51m²) with a view of the amenities, located on the 11th floor. This is part of three adjacent units which is best for families and friends who want to stay together. The building is brand new, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our unit is designed for coziness, ensuring you feel right at home. Bloom Residences is strategically located near key areas, making it a convenient choice for residents. It's close to major commercial centers, such as SM City Bicutan and Ayala Malls, which offer shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It is also well-connected to major roads like the SLEX, making commuting to Makati, Taguig, and other parts of Metro Manila easier. \*Unit Features: 1) All utility bills included. 2) High-speed cable and internet access. 3) 1 queen-size bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 sofa bed. 4) Complete kitchenware and utensils provided. GUEST ACCESS Available amenities include swimming pools, kiddie pools, a children's playground, an outdoor fitness area, basketball and tennis courts, and an outdoor lounge. We had a great stay! While it's important to note that construction is still ongoing in the area, the condo itself was very comfortable and well-maintained. The unit was spotless, which really added to the overall positive experience. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it a great place to relax after a day out. Despite the construction, it didn’t significantly impact our stay, and the price still felt worth it.A highlight was definitely the customer service — the host was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.
