Our unit is designed for coziness, ensuring you feel right at home. \*Unit Features: 1) All utility bills included. 2) High-speed cable and internet access. 3) 1 queen-size bed and 1 sofa bed. 4) Complete kitchenware and utensils provided. NOTE: We have 2 side by side fully furnished and beautifully decorated units for families and friends who want to stay together. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel. Shell Residences is within walking distance to MOA and nearby entertainment sights and attractions.
