Problem is with the parking slot. It is expensive you need to pay for 150 pesos per night even if you are booked at the hotel.

Watch out for a secuirty deposit fee that they will ask for and demand that you pay it in cash. You will get it back but if you dont have two thousand pesos cash on you. Than you need to head down to a atm or bank to get it.

Excellent staff. Building a bit dated - bathroom could use re-tile work, small elevator - minor issues. Overall, a good deal with free breakfast and drinks.

I love the roof deck because of the view its very relaxing, from city room we booked the staff upgraded us in to their luxury room, i love the bathtub, just one thing not good is their bedframe because its made of wood, its not comfortable. I hope they change the bedframe in the luxury suite.

A nice small hotel in a good location for FBGC. I will stay again. Breakfast could be improved. Rooms are spacious, nice bathrooms with showers. Very good TV system. Good WiFi. Very comfortable beds. Roof top has a nice city view.

I booked the design quadruple room, multiple beds on the City Park Hotel website for my teenage kids and their friend (a first time visitor to Asia) for the purpose that it looked like a fun room for them. I was not informed they pulled out those beds until we arrived. They promised me 4 rooms instead to compensate for it, which never materialized. Instead, the promised 4rooms became 2 rooms and it wasn't until I made a fuss did they give us the 3rd room for my children's guest, which happened to be the last day of our stay. To make it worse, the bathroom shower of the 3rd room was missing. I was bluntly told it was broken (no apologies there). The receptionists were not helpful at all. The three girls who checked us in, we learned pretty much just said what we want to hear but did not deliver. Everyone in that hotel all sounded like they were so used in pacifying irate guests that they talk in synchrony. Either that or they work in the call center. This hotel is a disappointment!!!!

The attitude of the staff was not good No help with luggage and when I complained about the jacuzzi the engineer came and only partially fixed it and left the bath mat filthy with dirty shoe prints

It has only been open for 8 months so the place is very clean. They provide free breakfast vouchers but its the same everyday. Some staff where very nice and some not so much. Overall it was a great stay.

Room to the street is a construction fail. the AC in the wall is like a hole, so all noises and smog comes in. Ouside light was left on all night and curtains cant be closed properly so loud and bright. But bedroom itself was comfy and nice and bathroom with shower was very good.

Some staffs need training.
The room needs improvements. Water from the shower was coming out. The housekeepers were very diligent even the porters. During breakfast the music at the cafeteria was so loud. I requested to lower the volume but after 5 minutes it was loud again. There was a waitress that was pouting there were 2 of them that time. The lady and the guy at the front desk were nice and helpful.

The best budget hotel in Manila!
The hotel opened in October 2018 so the amenities are new and very clean. Their elevator and room-key technology is advanced and at par with 5 star hotels. The staff are all friendly and very accommodating. Free traditional Filipino breakfast is served (not buffet though), it tasted great except for the beef tapa I ordered on my first day. I got the fatty slices of beef which were hard like rubber, I complained and the chef was apologetic and graciously replaced it with another dish. Also, the wifi connection stopped working the next morning and we were told that they have to wait for their admin at 9 am, however we went out at 10:30 am and the wifi was not yet restored. The location is also perfect, a 24/7 convenience store is right next to the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, spa centers and banks in the area. Overall, it was a great experience. We will surely come back to this hotel when we go to Manila.

Nice stay
Room was clean, staffs were very helpful. Only thing I didn’t like about it is that they don’t use blackout curtains. Their bright lights outside at night permeate inside the room and it made felt really uncomfortable. When it comes to the dining place, they did a good job with its design. It will make you feel you’re at a beach and it is overlooking the city buildings. I would definitely book here again. It is a good place for a friday night out.

Parfait pour un court séjour
Chambre très convenable conforme aux photos du site. Bar et petit restau sympas. Par contre l'entrée sur la rue est minuscule et ne paye pas de mine , le taxi a peiné à trouver.

新規オープンということで選びましたが、設備、特に水回りがひどくシャワーブースの排水はプール状態でガラスの間仕切りからベッドサイドまで漏水する始末。スタッフに部屋交換希望したら、修理にきて直ったということでしたが一切変わってなかった。文句言うのもつかれるので我慢しました。ここまでひどいホテルは初めてで、ほかにもいくらでも書けるがやめときます。
