The staff are not really greeting always..most of them just staring without even welcoming!..the location also not that perfect..is located back of farmers plaza but about the street area is very dirty including so much trash infront of the hotel..also the hotel facility doesn't have any improvement such restaurant or dinning area

Overall rate will be 3. As the place still with coackroaches. Also aircon is not cool enough for the room. Although has a friendly staff. Improvement on the facilities must be needed.

I was skeptical of astrotel from the beginning. The surrounding area isn’t the best. But after staying there for 3 weeks I can honestly tell you it’s one of my top 5 best experiences In my lifestyle of constant traveling. The price was incredible, but the part that really put it over the top for me was the customer service. The staff is amazing especially the front desk staff. I will stay there again and I highly recommend it. It is very safe and secure and even though the outside neighborhood is questionable I never had a worry for my belongings inside. Awesome parking for my motor and I highly recommend.

There were small roaches. Inner sheets of the pillows were so dirty. Clogged toilet bowl. It won't flush. Room is spacious.

Un pedazo de desastre por no decir otra cosa. La habitación no era la que había reservado. La limpieza daba mucho que desear, llena de bichos y polvo. El baño roto y ni vinieron a repararlo ni quisieron cambiarnos de habitación. Deberían cambiar el nombre del hotel a: astromierda

I booked for vip room but since it’s not ready they put me to premium room. Supervisor Cande E Tomagos told me that she will update me once it’s ready. I been waiting for her but she didn’t call or see me up to the next day. The linen that we used is very dirty and there’s a spot of men’s and girl’s liquid. I paid for VIP room but they put me to regular room. The sink was clogged, no phone lines, no power outlet.
