Great location, we came for the game at Etihad Stadium and that was about 20min walking distance. Rooms nice and clean, very quiet. Breakfast had few different choices and it was very good. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My partner had to go to hospital and they were great. Hotel looks to be a converted motel so not great amenities but staff was great.

We stayed for a few nights. The staff were really nice. We liked the rooms. The first night our room faced the construction next door, so we woke up early to noise. We were able to switch rooms away from the construction for subsequent nights. Breakfast selection was decent and crowded for the queue and seating areas. The 24-hr complimentary coffee machine was terrific. We enjoyed that the studio room we booked had two tv’s and a kitchenette. The tv channels had a limited selection in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at. We used the laundry room which worked well. Location was good with lots within walking distance.

The walk from Picadilly Station was just a little farther than I expected, but that would be my only quibble. My room was spacious and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. There is an Aldi grocery store around the corner, which is very convenient.

We stayed 1 night for a concert at Etihad stadium. The hotel was about 10 minutes walk from Picadilly train station, and is located next to Aldi and an M&S outlet. The room was very spacious, with a kitchenette, which was handy for preparing a quick meal. The hotel is about 25 minute walk to Etihad. Staff were lovely, and breakfast was included - basic but enough to start the day.
