First-time stay and genuinely impressed. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel is convenient for business in the area. It has a decent size car park. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is much better quality than most hotels this price. My room had stains on the carpet I’m hoping were spilled coffee. I had some minor issues with the heating in the room but this was resolved. Overall good and I would certainly use this hotel again when in the area for business again
