It is definitely priced well. Look to me a bed,tv, and shower is all i need in a room. Box spring had plastic on it that was torn up. Bed kept sliding across wood flooring. Rooms next store made loud noises that could be heard. But again if you just want to sleep there as i do, it's good for that. Friendly people in rooms that i met. Also front desk woman was also very friendly

This motel is very clean and gives top rate service. Staff was engaging and appeared happy to make everything convenient for us. Also there is no end to the hot water. The bathroom was of high quality.

The room had an overwhelming smoke odor. It seemed that guests/employees maybe were smoking outside the back of our room and the smell was coming in through the window AC unit. There was also an old coffee can with old cigarette butts outside the front door.

Although, there is no smoking inside the rooms, we do allow smoking outside the rooms, which unfortunately, can travel to the other rooms on a windy day. If you do decide to stay with us again, we can always put you and your family in a room away from all of it! We hope to have you stay with us again!

Motel is old so it doesn't look great. However, the rooms are clean, the staff is great, and it is in a good location. The pool looked very clean and inviting.

We usually stay in more of a resort setting or Airbnb type of rental, but this vacation was a last minute, impromptu quick beach trip with our two little kids, so we decided to go more of the economic route. For the price point you can not go wrong! I’ve had to stay in economy motels related to work over the years and have seen some grimy places and bad neighborhoods but we trusted the other reviews on this one and were pleasantly surprised! Just a few minutes drive to the beach, rooms were clean, staff is exceptionally nice and friendly, and rates were very very good. Yes, the rooms are a little dated, the beds a little too soft (that’s a matter of personal preference though), but overall, very well worth it! If you and your family were hoping for a quick beach trip but thought it wasn’t in the budget for this year I think you should consider a stay here. We just dropped a lot of money on a new deck at home and figured “so much for vacation”. We have a 6 year old and a 2 year old. We want a vacation to see their eyes light up and hear them laugh, and kids don’t care if you stay in an economy motel or a 3000sq ft rental, they make the memories at the beach. Riding swings at night looking at the ocean. Having a pasta dinner outside with lightning bugs in the distance. Jumping and playing in the pool. That’s what family vacation is about. A motel stay that was cheap, yet clean and safe, and allowed us to still get in a 2023 vacation and give our kids these experiences.

These people do a great job with this place. While the decor could use refresh they keep it extremely clean...We dropped an item under the dresser and the bed which are usually extremely dirty in motels and both times we were surprised by the housekeepings attention to detail. The staff was extermely pleasant and responsive. I would highly recommend this place and that's coming from a manager at a hotel. Keep it up y'all!

This motel is one we return to year after year. The owners are friendly and keep everything on the property neat and clean. The pool is a great perk as well.

A basic no frills motel. A bit overpriced. Could use a little coffee pot and hair dryer. An unpleasant smoky odor in the room. No blind or curtain in bathroom window. Need a pull down shade over air conditioner (curtain blows open). Bed was comfortable.

Amazing! I booked a one night stay for my son's 8th birthday since he never saw the beach before and it did not disappoint. The young man in the office was more than pleasant. Check in was simple. The room was fully stocked even with extra pillows. Being in the housekeeping business, I'm particular on cleanliness and I couldn't find a speck of dust in the room. Very thorough. The beds were comfy and sheets crisp and clean and the room affordable! We will definitely be booking again!

Things have changed. It smells like cigarettes and the stench won’t leave! Since covid hit it’s gone from a sweet place to a “welfare motel”. I booked 2 days and left the afternoon of the second day of my stay! It was awful!
