Summer Rental 2024 - Prime location-just 4 blocks to the beach! Walk or bike to parks & town. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths. Fully furnished. Relax after a day at the beach in this open-concept living/dining area which features ample seating, a large screen TV & gas fireplace. The eat-in kitchen includes a central island with seating for 4, a built-in banquette which accommodates 6+ people, & opens to an outdoor deck with additional dining area & gas grill. The main floor features 1 bedroom with king size bed, large screen TV & adjacent full bath with walk-in shower. Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The 2 additional bedrooms each have a set of 2 twin beds & share a full bathroom with tub/shower. Beautiful fenced in backyard. Outdoor shower. Parking for 3 cars in private driveway. Owner will provide 3 beach badges. Seven beach chairs & 2 umbrellas provided. Two bikes.
