We have seldom been made to feel quite so special as we did at the Leela Palace - and that is truly incredible from a large hotel. We have just completed a 12 week trip through Southern India and Sri Lanka and stayed in some wonderful hotels. My wife and i both consider the Leela not only the best on the trip, but one of the best we have ever stayed at. Staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely super friendly and every single one we met (and we engaged with a lot!) went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience.
