This unique villa will offer relaxation, comfort, elegance and privacy, providing to the visitor a unique and enjoyable holiday experience.

This newly built independent fully equipped villa, featuring private swimming pool with built in hydromassage is offering modern design, merging concrete structural elements with stones. It possesses high quality equipment and comfortable furniture for up to six people.

With 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, this contemporary villa will provide you with air conditioning in all areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace and flat-screen satellite TV. The sofas in the living room that transform into beds could comfortably accommodate 2 extra adults or children if needed. Each room comes with a TV and a private bathroom featuring a hairdryer, towels and free toiletries. An oven with hob, a toaster, a microwave, a refrigerator and a washing machine are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Free WiFi is available throughout.

Guests may relax in the sun terrace with sun loungers by the pool. A shaded area provides BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture, while a garden with plants is available.

The villa is located in Paleokastro area, in the north Coast of Crete Island, 14km west from Heraklion and just 5 minutes by car from Paleokastro beach. It offers panoramic views to the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the Cretan nature with the famous olive trees.

We cannot say enough about this amazing villa. We had a bit of struggle finding the place but that was because the directions from the VRBO site are not accurate. The owner so graciously met us at an easy to find location and led us to the property. We enjoyed the space of the villa - there were 3 of us and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms and all the common areas were perfect. We just really felt at home there. It’s clean and classy. We would highly recommend this property!!! We could not have asked for a more gracious friendly host!!! All we can say is thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! Crete will forever be a fond memory for us and you are a big reason why!!

The villa is lovely--beautiful view, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and indoor spaces. It is very clean, and the decor is modern and simple. Just as represented. Quiet. What stood out, however, was that Luljeta and her family really took care of us--we had an emergency, and she and her family got us the help we needed and stayed with us for several hours until everything was OK. The next day they brought us a homemade dinner. We will never forget their kindness. The only slightly negative comment is more of a bit of advice: the car we rented was underpowered and struggled on the steep, poorly maintained road to the villa. If you stay here, get a decent car--it doesn't need to be 4WD, just not a low-end rental. You'll want a good car for all the roads in Crete anyway!

Mit unseren 3 Erwachsenen Kindern haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche auf Kreta verbracht. Das Haus ist nicht nur architektonisch sehr schön, sondern bietet auch viel Platz für 5 Erwachsene und viel Komfort. Hinzu kommt ein sehr schöner Pool und eine super Aussicht. Von der supernetten Vermieterin und ihrem Sohn wurden wir bestens umsorgt.

Schönes Haus in einer tollen ruhigen Lage. Zum Entspannen perfekt. An der Villa Ervin gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Alles ist schön gepflegt und vorallem sauber. Im Gartenbereich kann man den tollen Ausblick richtig genießen. Bei Fragen war die Vermieterin sofort erreichbar und hat täglich gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir kommen gern wieder!

This villa had everything you could ask for and more! Luljeta was an amazing host, always quick to respond to communication, she made sure we knew everything we needed to know when she greeted us upon arrival! Ideal for nature lovers and private living, gives you a piece of calm in a unique location near the beach! The pool with hydromassage and the view is awesome! This absolutely exceeded all our expectations! Thank you Luljeta for this first class experience!

This place is superb - stylish, clean, super modern, quality and beauty of design, stuning seaviews! Convenient location - 5 minutes driving to the closest beach and close to lots of other beautiful beaches to explore such as Agia Pelagia! Gazi area is nearby which even in the winter has everything guests may need! This was one of our highlight accommodation places in Crete!
