Impeccable service, particular thanks to Antonio for looking after us so well, a truly luxurious finale to our holiday!

We started here three times and felt as if we were coming home each time. The staff were great and made every effort including booking taxis and helping get our preferred room choice. My only compliant is so small - but, as a vegetarian I was unable to enjoy their apparently delicious scrambled eggs as they were put in the same container as the meat. I have not encountered this anywhere else so mentioning it in the hope it might get changed for others.

I had a great stay at Castillo Rojo, the stuff is very helpful and welcoming, the building is charming and very clean.

The hotel was excellent from all the staff ,to the great breakfast, to the welcoming afternoon tea in a lovely peaceful oasis. The room was beautiful and all amenities provided including a fresh bottle of water every night. The bed was massive and very comfortable, would definately reccomend this hotel.

Helpful staff. Food in the dining room was good, but sometimes the service in the dining room was very slow. Staff in other areas - housekeeping, reception etc could not be faulted.

Room was large and very clean, the staff were helpful. I liked the carafe in the room and water station in the hall to fill it up great idea. Breakfast was fantastic with a large variety of food. Excellent location.

the reception guys at Ishmael made our stay here. they were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely just wanted to make our stay as good and stress free as possible (we had lost luggage issues and they couldn't have been more helpful). the rooms were clean, bed comfy, shower great and rooftop pool area great for relaxing in the sun or with a glass of wine in the evening. They also let you have the included breakfast at whatever time you want each day - which for someone who likes to lie in...

Staff were very helpful, room was clean, quiet and spacious. The restaurant next door for breakfast was great. Location great to walk from and staff arranged airport pick up and drop off at good rate. I will stay again

Great location, but with that comes some noise... the kitchen is the best we found in our long trip. There is even olive oil and a knife sharpner. Im impressed. Could be a little cleaner, found some long hairs on the floor abd kitchen sink still dirty. Bathroom was clean though.

The room was perfect for me, the host Andres was lovely and let me leave my bags in a room as i arrived very early. He also checked in on WhatsApp to see that everything was ok
