"Amazing hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beds very comfortable. Ambience of whole hotel was luxurious. Breakfast was very good. Evening meal was delicious - only negative about whole stay was no-one asked if we wanted dessert and when we asked for the dessert menu we were told the kitchen was closed. Weekend made extra special for my granddaughter as the hotel left a beautiful box of macaroons as it was her birthday on Sunday."

"Nicole was a very attentive host. She answered my initial questions shortly after booking very promptly. Then just before our arrival we received the pertinent information we required. Upon check in she provided local suggestions for groceries, restaurants, local transport etc. all very good recommendations. The flat was well appointed. Quiet neighborhood with a 5-10 minute walk to bus/tube. We pulled our suitcases along the sidewalk no problem. Was quite warm while we were there (25-27C) so the third floor apartment was warm. The pedestal fan was appreciated. "
