"Older manufactured home has been updated. We appreciated that each area had its own mini split unit for individual climate control. Area felt safe and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was stocked for stovetop cooking but not much for baking, and no water glasses. (We just drank everything from the coffee cups.) Split bedroom layout was good for two couples. "

The Host couldn't have been nicer in working with us as we were first time Vrbo users and made a few mistakes. The house was wonderful, and they had everything they promised and more. The location was great - beautiful neighborhood in small town with easy access to all the things we did in NYC. Lisa helped us when we didn’t have all the right kitchen tools for our meal and worked with us on our schedule for her dog business. "I rented this property for my co-workers who were here for a retreat at my home in the area, and at the local community center. This home had everything we needed, and the host was easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider using this property again for future guests coming for work and family gatherings."

"We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit."
