I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back.

Lovely peaceful hotel friendly helpful staff, excellent layout and wonderful views from whatever room you have all seem to overlook the sea/beach/pool, drinks and food are a little pricey. 4.50 Euros for a half litre bottle is frankly absurd, hence why I’d buy bottles from the spa Over the road for less than a Euro a litre. 7 euro for a beer and much more for spirits I think 14 for a gin and tonic, If the drinks prices where a little more reasonable I’m sure more guests would enjoy lovely bars...

very classy-if 14th Century paintings are your thing--and the odd suit of armour- oh and GOLF-
Exceptionally comfortable beds -the first bathroom I've ever actually coveted-French brass fittings
-nice pool/s (indoor and out) -restaurant expensive if compared to Palma prices (20 minutes by bus -every 1/2 hour out -on the hour back) breakfast buffet excellent.
Nice touch in room --a special drawer that housed a collection of glasses -so appropriate one for whiskey/Cava/wine could be used.

The position was great. Lovely views overlooking the yachts in the marina. 10-15 minutes walk along the harbour front into the town centre. 5-10
minutes walk to the hip Santa Caterina area and its mercado and bars and restaurants. The pool was great and towels provided. The hotel has an interesting curvy exterior. The reception is very contemporary. The bedroom was comfortable and had all the amenities you’d expect. Very happy with our choice.

Great balcony view even from the economy room. Only downside was you can only get Wifi in reception but as it's a holiday then it's no problem. Massive Shopping centre 5 mins away and great food there too. Breakfast buffet was great for the price. On the last day I had to leave early for the airport bus so...

Secrets Villamil is a fantastic hotel, high quality, and very relaxing environment. The staff are all friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They even gave us a free upgrade to a larger room with large balcony compared to what we had originally booked. The room was very spacious and comfortable and like the rest of the hotel it was spotlessly clean.
We don't normally take the half board option but were delighted we did as the food selection, quality and dining service was excellent...
