No shelf in the shower - had fallen off ages ago so had to put shower gel/ shampoo etc on the floor. Place was almost empty for first 2 says! Expensive ecperience gor what you get. You can have better food in downtown chiang mai or from steer vendors. Their free breakfast, however is pretty good.
