I liked the location, the room itself is nice and tidy, but the AC would go off at times at night, since it works on sensors it goes off when it doesn’t detect you, it was not until 2 days prior to our departure that we got told about a switch to prevent that from happening.
The rooms need more care and cleaning, our first room the floor wasn’t clean, the second the AC on one room wasn’t working and there was no TV, and the third one had a broken window curtain so I had to use a sheet to cover the window. We did a total of 5 call ins for maintenance in a span of 4 days. Most were resolved but not all.
The most frustrating situation was the AC, in a heat wave over 42°C it’s not nice to have a system that works just sometimes.
In my opinion, this is not worth the money that it costed to stay. Some of the staff is really great, others need improvement.
