Beautifully located at the center of everything. Seconds away from all the great shops and just 40 steps to all the historic shops and restaurants in Madrid. A beautiful rooftop 9th floor and discovered that the 10th floor had a roof bar and lounge with spectacular views of Madrid.

The hotel is very well located, right next to Gran Vía and Callao Metro Station, making it extremely convenient to get around Madrid. You can easily access the metro right from the same avenue. The hotel is very accessible, and the rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable, and very well designed. The location is definitely one of its best features

Location is absolutely perfect, staff was super helpful and nice and the swimming pool saved me from the hottest September ever tbh, the room was super nice and clean. My only negative point is that it didn’t have a gym, the rest is a 10/10 for me.

Great location. Rooftop pool is a nice place to go for a view of the city and to relax with a drink. Breakfast buffet is well stocked and worth the price, we especially enjoyed it on the day we were leaving to catch our flight. Room was cute and colorful.
