When I first checked in there were no towels, no toilet paper, and no bed sheets which are the basics. They worked to make it right and that's the important thing.

Staffless hotel so no welcome, no amenities at all - Travelling for business and this is certainly not a hotel to stay in for this purpose. No access to food or drink apart from a vending machine and limited local options. Part of the hotel seems to have permanent residents - music playing loudly until late. Unsatisfactory for the price charged.

Nuestra experiencia no fue la mejor, no sabía que se trataba de una casa para estudiantes y que rentaban recámaras, eso fue una sorpresa para nosotros. Además uno de los dias, estábamos dormidos y trataron de abrir la puerta, como estábamos dormidos no supimos si la abrieron o no. Pero nos quedó una sensación de inseguridad, por lo cual tuvimos que llevarnos todo lo de valor con nosotros, y esconder computadoras y tablets, al no sentirnos seguros. Lo reportamos en la aplicación y solo respondieron que no había evidencia que alguien hubiera querido abrir la puerta, y para compensarnos nos ofrecieron cambio de toallas, y un check out late, algo que nunca sucedió, ni cambiaron las toallas y nuestra salida de la habitación fue a las 7am. Si me preguntas si vuelvo a hospedarme ahi la respuesta es NO.

Nunca me llegó la clave para ingresar al establecimiento, me tocó gestionarlo llamando a Expedía , el alojamiento no tiene recepción , ni agua caliente en los baños (por lo Menos en el mío no)
