"We had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid. The property feels very new and well-maintained, and everything was exceptionally clean. The lobby has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that really sets the tone when you arrive. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.
The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The beds were especially cozy, and the bathrooms were spacious with a very nice overall decor.
A couple of small things could be improved. It would have been nice to have complimentary water provided in the room, and the glass doors in the bathroom were not very practical for a family stay, as they don’t offer much privacy."

"The breakfast was great, with a huge selection of foods. All organised, well laid out (at least 3 coffee stations), and very tidy. The staff at the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable, with English TV channels too! I didn't try the other facilities.

"En las habitaciones compartidas hay que llevar un candado pequeño para guardar tus cosas, sino ahi te lo venden por 3 € en recepción.
No me gusto que el balcón tenia llave y no pude salir a ver.
En la habitación que yo estuve, el lavamanos no le funciona el drenaje, el agua se acumula y es incomodo.
En atención del personal fue 10/10 y con el resto de servicios esta aceptable porque es solo para dormir."

"El hotel tiene piscina, restaurant y un plus para mi es que tiene justo al lado un supermercado. Ademas de restaurantes alrededor. La habitacion no tiene plancha para ropa ni microondas lo cual fue un poco incomodo. Pero tiene una Zona de cocina pequena bastante funcional.
Agua fria justo al lado del elevador, lo cual es conveniente, ademas de que te dejan agua en la habitacion."
